RETURNS
If your item is made to order or produced as a limited or one-of-a-kind piece, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. The production nature of each piece will always be clearly stated in the product description.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production and allocation begin immediately. However, if your order qualifies for return, you are entitled to our 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If a product does not specifically state that it is non-returnable, you may request a refund or exchange by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are currently not covered by Amor de Galatea. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
